20 days into veg have no idea why they are growing this way any ideas please

It looks like the leaves may be cupping and the tips are burnt. We need a bit more info. What light source and how far away (cupping can be light burn.) What kind of soil/nutrients. This can also be seen with root problems.

Cfl lights about 4inches away just started nutes half strength never happened before did same as my last grow and they turned out great

Is it new soil or soil from ur other grow or what ever? Looks like nitrogen deficincy along with potasium deficincy it also looks like heat stress from the leaves curling in sideways/ conoueing.

My eyes say needs more nitrogen. At 20 days theres more than just leaves growing so could be using more for branching out. You might need to transplant as well.
