Need help with leafs

I have something going on with some Big Bud and Grand Daddy purple leaves. I sprayed neem oil this morning. I noticed it start three days ago. I use fox farm nutrients and kellogs organic soil. I don't know if it nutrients or insects. Thank you for any help.

Hello Brianh both plants have it right? Is the problem on both plants all leaves affected? What's your watering and nute process how do you do it?

On about 20 percent of leafs. I feed once a week and water when top two inches are dry.

I checked plants again nearly every leaf has a few of those dots.

If not leaf septoria I'd say severe pH fluctuations?
