need help with curling leaves

hi i have been experimenting with hydroponics nothing fancy,
air pump,
two air stones,
filter (aquatech 5-15gal) ,
4 gallon bucket, from ikea
hydrofarm hydroponic basket 6"
expanded clay balls
one plant (the seed i believe is kush. i got it free) started in an aero garden sponge
i have an apollo tent 2 x 4,
and i use fox farm grow big hydrofertilizer (3,2,6)
and i was using a heater for the water 68f but i unplugged it thinking that might be the problem thou its rather cold in my apt the water this morning was cold to the touch like it was from the fridge
ph of the system this morning was 6.2
the temp in the tent is now 66f and 55% humidity
no special lighting regular bulb with reflector

my plant has weird curled new leaves and the stem is rather thick i think the new leaves have good color just I've never seen leaves curl like this. the root system looks good white long roots nothing looking like root rot the two close up pics are from this morning the other two are from a week ago
(the older leaves has spots and yellow i believe that was caused from a ph problem)
does anyone know whats going on with my baby???

what wow??

its a regular 60 watt bulb with a reflector its about 15 inches away not much heat before this plant i used a grow light bulb but i noticed the plants respond better to just a regular bulb
i feed every two weeks or so i don't want to give to much i usually pour in a cap full when i add water
no bugs that was the first thing i checked the tent is in my bedroom

Should not use a "regular" bulb you will get small yields and plant size. Use CFL's can get 100 watter's very cheap and work great for small grows and spaces

i have grow led strips on a reflector that i will use later when this plant is older it gives off a purple light (blue and red leds) this i have to be careful with it will light burn the leaves and needs to be hung at the very top of the tent to avoid that

Lvjing new designed soft and flexible grow light bar, Pack of 5, 0.5M/strip, 5W/strip;
Wavelength band range: blue light of 445nm / red light of 660nm;

Hi Sonahigh

Wow is Green thinking.....

Because pot shouldn't look like that growing. One your dirt doesn't look right I see a wood chip I think, they don't like that stuff. No visible perlite, the buckets I don't know about drain holes? Do they sit in water?

PH looks off what are you feeding? we can fix all this stuff don't worry, but the longer you wait the longer it takes to get back on track.

Here is a happy plant

What's the temp of the reservoir? You said it was 68f when you turned it off?

Looks like cold shock. What's your ph now? Are the air stones working right?

im not using dirt its in a sponge and clay balls yes its in water I'm running a small hydro tank the small pots to the side yes have dirt and ones a ginger plant not the larger plant that i need help with

Check ph first. 2nd, replace light bulb with proper light. 3rd use phed water only next feeding. I'd suggest reading nebualhaze awesome tutorials on environmental conditons(light, water, heat, growing medium...) you'll most likely get a lot of answers there, I know I always do. You're in good hands here.

what I'm trying to figure out why the leaves are curling___the curls  on the leaves   were there before   i turned off the heat ---   i turned off the heat last night      my ph was  6.2   this morning  when i left for work    yes    my stones   are  working
  no i don't know the temp of the water now   but  it was  cold to the touch this morning

In the last 6 months I started growing I already saw leaves curling in various degrees for a few different reasons, nitrogen toxicity, messed up ph, excess cold, excess heat, it's hard to tell without all the info, which ultimately you're the only one who has it all.
