Need help harvest

I am a first time grower this is outside and I need help to figure out how to know when it time to harvest I have been told leave it another week or so but idk

You've got some time left. Plant is very healthy looking and isn't draining leaf nutrients yet. When the leaves begin to yellow, those buds will fatten up considerably. Should be an awesome harvest but hold on a bit longer I think. Trichomes will tell you when it's time to go. Nice job.
