by now i have trimmed it a bit to encourage growth

Plant looking worse , attached new pics , leaves and down and soft ,

I'm using 2 LED 28w each

lights are about 40-50 cm from plant

I'm afraid you need to start over with new plants. But make sure you find out the reason that plant died on you. Seems dry
