HELP! Need Help advice with first grow (Outdoor)

This is my first grow, and all the reading ive been doing is point that all the white powdery substance is White Mold, but since ive never grown before Im not sure. Any advice or recommendations are appreciated!

Was that bud off top or bottom what's the climate ur in

Im in the Bay Area in CA so its pretty humid and that pic is was a lower bud

Yeah that looks like WPM, to me.
If it's just starting its not hard to stop.Nebula tells you how to get rid of it in her articles.
