HELP! Need advices on strain selection

I'm preparing for a new indoor growing.This time I can not handle any failure-unexpected surprises.

- Easy to grow for a newbie
- Short flowering time as possible
- High yield-THC level

I'm looking for a mostly sativa and mostly indica strains that suitable to these conditions.
