Need advice on carbon filter exhaust system.

I'm going to be growing in a room that's about 12 by 10. Money being an issue, I'd like some input about what setup to get. Amazon has a kit by ipower I think it is, where you get the fan the ductwork and the filter. But a lot of people are saying that it's really noisy, and also the ductwork is too hard to fit onto it. Is anybody know of one that's under around 150, and quiet?

A point to keep in mind when choosing. ..

My exhaust fan runs 24/7, cheaper fans don't hold up long term. Volume of air moved, noise level, and longevity are things that seem to cost more. I know most of us are on a budget so we can't afford the most expensive but I prefer to buy once and cry once .
Good luck

Keep in mind what works for me may not be sufficient for another. I bought a 4" Can-Fan with flange and matching carbon filter with a speed controller, no ducting needed for my application. The filter was nearly as much as the fan, I can't remember how much exactly. That was over a year ago and neither one has slowed or hiccuped in effectiveness.

But my room is 4x4 feet. Very small leds, low heat.

Just use the search on EBAY using that info. Also Nebula talks about the exhaust systems she recommends on the Grow Weed Easy site. Put those in that search also.
