COCO COIR Need advice about coco/soil Mix

Hello Growers!

It's been a while sine I posted something here.
Recently I have stated growing in coco and I really loved it.
However soil always keeps its place in my grow room, so I decided to make coco soil mix. but I was not able to find any good mix recipe.

Here Is what Im planing to mix and would be glad to hear you versions

30% soil
30% Coco coir
30% Perlite
10% peat moss

Can’t go wrong with more perlite.
