Nebula's tutorials are meant to be read...

at least you made the effort to read the articles beforehand. Sometimes questions need to be asked to clarify something but it's obvious to me some posters haven't even had a look at the GWE site before posting
 
I agree, I know it is difficult for me to admit my level of ignorance (not stupid, just lack of personal experience). I have read and re-read the tutorials and due to my difficulty with my memory, I go back to the tutorials all the time. When I either confused by the info, happens a lot, or can't find the answer, seldom, then I bring it to these wonderful people and they always set me straight, sometimes with conflicting information.lol.

i agree 110% with Lucky. what i don't get is how, as Lucky says, it's so obvious that, for SOME questions, the asker didn't even search for a key term of their question...like, for example, chlorine. or hard water. or overwatering. the forum is SO EASY to search i just don't get how/why someone wouldn't search it first, especially, if, as some of you note, the situation is to them dire.

I actually don't have a search option on my phone so I have to page through the topics.
 
nuke, i was talking about the search box in the top right of the main forum screen, like bikerstonrr says below. or you could do what 9 suggested.
 
I don't perceive anyone on this forum as a "lazy slob"; lazy slobs do not attempt to cultivate cannabis...
 
A lot of people don't know how to navegate the forum to find what they're looking for. If you don't already know the Guidelines topic is there, you may not know to look for it. Nobody ever reads a web page from top to bottom.

Nobody is ever required to answer questions; we do it because we want to. If you don't want to help newbies, you can ignore them--or at least the ones you consider not worthy of a response. No harm, no foul...
 
I've searched this forum from top to bottom and found things months ago that Nebula has only recently discovered :P
