Ok so I am not an expert persay.. and I can't tell you if this will save the plant.. but my guess is that she is suffering some type of nutrient deficiency.. my guess to which would be like calcium at this stage however you would probably want to do a flush on a healthy plant to get rid of the nutrients so I'm not entirely sure what to do in your case..

you might comcider just harvesting her now.. or doing a nute flush
or doing a flush and adding calmag..

your pros she's still alive..
if that problem is solved she would probably still live and grow
you look like you might already have something there worth saving
its not a mold or fungus
cons: I'm not entirely sure
 
Her leaves are curling up? If so that's nute burn= your adding to much nutes a flush might do her well just normal phd water no nutes
