Narrowing stems/drooping

Happy growing to all! I've been using the forum for a bit now as a guest, really good vibes and advice! On my 2nd grow now (bag seed 1st grow = success!), I germed 3(Mataro Blue, Karribean Mango, Skunk+ from Kannabia Seeds) in jiffy, 2 of 3 worked. Placed the 2 in Dixie cups (drain holes made) with Gaia living soil with perlite (1:1) under 3 5000k /1500lum 100w CFL around 3-4" away under 24/7. Also gave a few shot glasses of distilled water. Within 2 days the middle of the stem became narrow and skinny and drooped over on Skunk, next day same thing to Blue. Couldn't really narrow down in plant problems on GWE. Trying my best to save these wee lassies, I put straws around the stem for support. Any ideas? Thanks a ton in advance!

Could be the soil is too hot. Seedlings don't need more nutrients than what's in regular potting soil. Also possibly too much water.

The supports you crafted are pretty neat, good thinking. Your problem might be what is called "dampening off", which is symptom of over watering and /or poor drainage. Try letting the soil surface dry out between waterings. They may recover.
