My unfortunate experience with a recommended vendor

This is not an attempt to bash or disparage any company, simply the truth.

I ordered 10 seeds from Seed Supreme during their 420 promotion, got like 14 with the freebies. It was supposed to be my 9th grow. Not so much as a tail on any of them. I contacted them and they were professional, sending me 5 seeds as a warranty. Again, nothing.

I recently ordered from a vendor previously recommended on GWE. Within three days I have three healthy sprouts - Now it's all me from here on out.

Note: I paid over twice the amount for my new seeds...Maybe you get what you pay for?

I just don't understand it. Only they know or don't know ? It really sucks what you had to do and i'm sorry for your loss in time and money. I know you know what your doing so that's not the case.

Thanks SubOrbudgal. I guess it's part of the deal, you know, having bad experiences once in a while. I wondered whether "Uncle Dejoy" our fascist Postmaster General had employed a known seed distribution point. Since this successful shipment was routed through San Diego, I think I can rule that out.

I suspect it was old "new stock". The UP side is I will also try ILGM because I grow for both the experience/therapy and the harvests. I can therefore share my results...but it will be 4 or 5 months until I'm ready to order again.

My experience is that first class expensive seeds sprout much more regularly and quickly than "bargain seeds"' Just an observation. I do not know why, but despite my reputation as a bottom fisherman, cheap discount seeds aren't worth the time effort or money.
