Thanks for your ideas, I'll attach a better pic.
Things were going fine, I think, then I did a flush cause guide said to do it every 4 weeks for the coco amended soil I'm using. Could that be it? Could I have washed away too much?

Looks like a ph issue to me. I've never used Vinegar for acidifying solution, I use citric acid (earth juice crystals) to adjust my 8.3-8.5 ph tap water to 5.9-6.3.

Whats your runoff ph coming out at?

Good thought, I have been having trouble getting the Ph below 7.
I switched to Ph up/down as recommended by this site for the last 2 weeks, still soil tests 7.0, I am adjusting Ph after nutrients to 6.0, but the run through is still 7.0 and soil still tests at 7.0

I would stop the flush for now as it is socking the plant right now and it has issues of its own to deal with..Try watering without nute sooner than you do maybe that would help,i have no idea on how to lower your soil's ph efficiently and fast, surely not with anything organic live vinegar as Nugs said, bacteria will love it!

Yes, although it goes against what I learned as an Organic gardener, 2 weeks ago I started using Ph up/down. (still lugging my vinegar water for my outdoor stuff).
I may grow other things well, but this is new so I'm trying to do as suggested. At least until I'm experienced enough to know what I'm talking about.

I'm using Rapidclip Soft wire tie thats made by Luster Leaf, get it at Ace Hardware, really like this stuff and works on my outdoor vines too.
If anyone is interested in learning more about soft ties they are on the web. Didn't put their website here because I don't klnopw if that would be thought of as selling on the site.
