My plants are going to be too tall. Help?

Had a similar problem so I topped, tied, and super cropped like this on mine. Results were great, credit to the tutorial on training mentioned above. Good luck!

Hi Gluteous. Yes I’m a fan just don’t spill it because the stuff smells nasty! I use at a rate of 5mL/gal during veg and 1 mL/gal during flower. With four plants in soil one sample bottle lasted me longer than a full grow.

If memory serves there's a few pics on GWE. Right now mine are about the same size as yours. But basically all you do is use flex garden ties or yarn & bend the stalk a little bit- pulling it down to where you want it & anchoring it to hold it there.

I'v only done LST for my first two indoor grows, just tie/loosen /adjust them through veg, and keep a flat table top..all the flower tips are the same distance from the light.(really important if your height restricted!)
This way, all your main colas make about the same size bud.

That ain't gotta be treated somehow does it? I'm plannin on gettin a few guppies. Between cleaning the tank & the occasional corpse I'm thinkin I'd have some pretty good dirt pep.

Although height was not an issue for me I still did some training. bending and now there are way more flowers. Remember since your indoor lights are in a fixed position, the light only reaches the top of the plant. Unlike the sun where it moves and allows more light all over the plant (assuming you have it in the right spot in a garden or yard).
You should start training/bending at the first signs of flowering...I started at week 4 and the amount of glowers has likely doubled

Thank you all for the killer advice! I just pruned them and they’re 22-24” tall. I think I’ll get some 4” disposable trellis/scrog netting and zip tie it to the horizontal bars. Then keep the plant under it and spread out. The plants are putting out a bunch of main stems now which I’m assuming will all be colas.

I'm thinkin if I had a tank of guppies water changes would be a nice treat for the girls & there would certainly be a bunch of fry in there too.

Great pictures thank you. That is a sweet light. I see a duct at the bottom. Is it for an inlet fan? I added filters to the air inlets and now I’m having trouble getting enough air through the tent.
