The standard everyone uses is 62% 8 gram in big mouth quart jars. When you can feel the stuff inside getting hard & crunchy they're done,time for a new one. And don't let the seed co. tell you when your plants are ready. That's between you and your plants. Burp em once a day,the longer the better.
