Looks good - how old? - I ask that cuz for an autoflower it should have pistils by the 30th day it has been up. Your plant looks more like 50 days - or more likely more than 60 days old. What's your light schedule? You might want to refer to the photoperiod part of Nebula's tutorials - And switch your lights to 12/12.

I planted it on the 12th of August... I was running 18 -6 indoor light....but now I switched to outdoor

They are Led bulbs

And the pistils are coming out

What's the watts? How many are you running? Good looking plants.

Each bulbs is about 60 watt
