It's getting there. Can't tell from the triches but the pistils (stigma) look like it needs more time. Still a lot that aren't curled or darkened up yet.

Yes camp. The trichs are turning cloudy a d the pistols are slowly turning red. The first plant I grew I harvested too early. I am trying to avoid that this time.
im new at this hobby and learn new approaches all the time.

Well, there are reasons to foliar feed. Mixing certain nutrients and spraying them on plants. I don't do it much. Just giving them water to make them wet is not necessary and may be harmful. Lots of water should not sit on the plant. Also if you do this realize that the water should be pH adjusted.
I'd say, unless you want or need to do a specific foliar feed, don't spray them. From Nebula:

Avoid wetness and high humidity - Don’t allow buds to sit in damp or overly humid conditions for long. Cover plants when it rains, and otherwise shake them off when they're wet. Bud rot is a fungus, and like all fungi, it needs a wet place to germinate.
