HELP! Mutation or Varigated???

Mutation or Varigation???? Does anyone know what would cause a seedling to sprout like this? So strange. It's growth seems to be good, leaves seem wide. I think it has to do with it's genes since it came out of its shell looking like this. Two tone leaves, almost psychedelic pattern. I'm going to keep it growing.

We talked about this phenomenon in another post here recently; it seems that the variegation will show up early in veg on a leaf or two and then go away. I've had it happen.
