Moving my becoming mother plants

One week ago I removed my three coming mother plants to bigger pots. I did it when soil was still little wet and I know it was wrong but...
Roots took a hit and almost all of them died. For so, I have been very careful and now I want some EXTRA tips to heal my babys. I use Biobizz nuts and now they are under T5 light
