Mosaic virus?

Hi everyone, I’m still in the early days of growing so I’ve very little experience but I think this seedling has the signs of either tobacco/hemp mosaic virus. I just wanted the communities thoughts.

I have had a plant with this in the past that’s why I could recognise the signs, but this time round the effect is not so prominent so I’m wondering if I’m misdiagnosing. Any thoughts would be greatly received. Thanks.

FYI its the stardawg strain growing in coco coir under 300w leds using canna nutrients

Are you growing in the same place as the previous diseased plant? If so I’m not surprised you’ve caught it again, try to sterilize the area. If not I’d say Nitro toxicity

Kind of hard to see... but is that a clear container? Remove the plant from the clear container. Roots don’t like light. Can cause all kinds of problems.

Hi Guys thanks for the quick replies and lots of helpful info. I’m growing in the same space as previously but I did give the area and all the equipment a wash with bleach then anti bacterial spray before washing down again with soapy water. I’m also inclined to agree with you guys on the dark leaves and the start of clawing. I’m currently now just watering with ph’ed water for the next few days after a flush. Yes it’s a clear pot that it’s in, so I’ll get it transplanted into an opaque one asap.

Lots to take on board, but thanks again for your help, it’s much appreciated!!

Yes agree. Any light getting through to the roots will hurt the plant. Roots like complete darkness.
