THC level is not an accurate indicator of effects. Low THC, under 10%, with the right mix of cannibinoids can produce far more desirable effects and unique effects that cannot currently be obtained with high THC strains. This is subjective but the evidence and my own experiences are pointing strongly to combinations of compounds for effect...more research required.
