Final results of my dry sift. The dark disc on the right I pressed to hard and burst the trichs and then it oxydized as I smoke it. The hash from the 96 micron sifter is so fine it melts when heated. The 120 micron has stronger taste and the 96 is just plain fine taste and smoke.

very nice. Say what is the reasoning behind compressing the resin?
Does it enhance the quality?

It is very difficult to handle and smoke as a sticky powder. It is very powdery but also very sticky.It can stick to everything and is better handled cold.

Thanks desertdan, makes sense.
So far I have just compressed mine by hand a bit in between parchment paper. I wanted to leave it softer so it could cure easier for a while.
