Molasses huh?

I’m considering using it based on a little research and suggestions from here. Can someone idiot proof this for me? I have about 4 weeks of flower left. Maybe 5. What brand, how much? Links to exact brands of molasses would be helpful.

Here’s a blurple pic of them.

as long as sulphur free doesnt matter but u might as well go organic backstrap molasses if u have live soil it feeds the microbes in it your plant also get some of it u can use honey as well hope this helps quarter teaspoon to gallon water go ebay loads come up

Thanks y’all. I’m always pretty confused from a permanent haze of smoke.... 1 time a week right.

I add molasses right up till harvest. I ph the water after adding the molasses. Some like to flush before They harvest but last two weeks to ten days I just give water and a little molasses and my results are great. Others will highly recommend a water flush. You will have to feel out what you prefer as you gain experience growing. I included a picture of the brand I use.

I use my molasses in my aeration tank, I add about 6 ounces per 55 gallons along with my nutes for once a week feedings over the entire garden. I feed 5 gallons per "pod" I guess I'd call it so once a week on no regular income is about all I can afford, though I do get some help from a good friend of mine because we are partnering in a lot of ways this year.
