Whelp it's done... 😐😐😐😟😨🤯 I trimmed up Raelynn. She seems to be about 2bdays ahead of Raeline so wanted to see how she reacted before I just go all out on both of my girls... (She is still bushy as hell though...)

Oh. Wow. They look so good. Here's a quote from Nebula's "Flower Defoliation" tutorial:

"From week 3 and on, I only remove leaves if they're covering a bud site (and I can't tuck the leaf away) or if the plant starts getting too bushy through the middle and bottom. Each leaf provides energy to the plant, and I cherish them… unless they get in the way! 🙂"

So I think with all that lush growth, you'll be safe removing fan leaves that cover big bud sites. Keep doin what you're doin!!!

Alltatup I agree. You cant even tell I did anything to them today!!! Just as perky as ever. Makes me wonder if I should have done this a few weeks ago. Lol. Love your growboxes. I have a growbox design that I am working on that is not a far shot off from what you have going on. Lol. When I get it finished I will tag you in it. For sure.

Whelp.... I followed Nebulas tutorial on Flower Defoliation and since I am right at the point of no return considering heavy defol, I just dove in and did it. Nebula and Sirus have never steered me wrong so off the diving board I went. Lol. I will add that in doing this heavy defol, I feel like I have a better understanding of their structure and physiology and how they grow. I think I should have done this a few weeks ago, but at least they are mature to the point that they can handle it. Not just light plucking here and there when they need it. I think they look much healthier also. Happy with the results.

You can see that Raelynn is the farthest along in the pics....

Great job, SSJ! There's an old saying--a chicken in every pot--, but we say, "Air flow around every cola"!!! They look like they can breathe a lot easier now.

Seems strange, but they stretched like crazy last night. There are preflower forming all the way down the branches now. Seeing real progress. These girls didnt even blink at all the carnage from the past couple days. Wow.

STRETCH!!!! They are stretching and drinking. I didn't even get a stall from that heavy defol Sunday. They just kept right on trucking along. Preflowers/pistols look to have a purplish tint on Raeline. Raelynn has creamy ones. Interested to see this showdown in Flower mode! Raeline is growing up and Raelynn is growing out. They are hungry that's for sure. I finally got my EC pen in and have their EC set right.

Just keep your eye down below, make sure there's good air circulation, no wet leaves sticking to each other and no buds touching each other; last thing you want is bud rot!!

Yes ma'am. I have been and I also have been watching for any water drops or wet leaves when I am poking around in the box every day a couple times a day. These secondary popcorn nuggets are starting to have to be moved around every day now. Keep popping up through the canopy. I counted earlier. I have 62 flowers popping up and every one looks good. Keep getting bigger and bigger every day. They are still stretching. Crazy. Figured they would be done by now. Had to almost supercrop a few branches but figured out if I just tie them towards the outside I will be okay but then now I dont jave ang more room around the edges and the centermost flowers are starting to crawl their way up over the rest of the canopy again. Endless battle. I think they just like the attention. Lol

Actually, now that I think about it, something similar happened to me on my last grow. The Blue OG kept stretching and stretching far beyond the 3 week stretch. I think it must have to do with some bit of Sativa in her genetics...???

And can you please post a picture of the whole box? I want to see the complete effect!! These girls are quite interesting; I remember when they were little rug rats...
