MJ plant question?

Okay so I bought this two clone plants about 2 half weeks ago. For about 2 weeks I kept them in the window sill and they were slowly dying. So I went to harbor freight and bought them a this 20w led grow light for 30$ and they seem to be doing much better. I was wondering should I buy a 2nd light. Because in May I plan to move one outside and keep one inside.? So and how will the bud be better than outside. Just wondering. And am I doing alright.

I'm keeping them on from 8am to about 11pm at night. For now.

And the plant on the right was my biggest.
Butt my cat tore it up in two days so I moved to my bedroom why it looks chewed up. That's Hollywood OG the left one is Cinderella 99 sativa. She's doing good now.

Yeah I'm upgrading my led light to 100w from 20. So that's the biggest I can have in my stand in my room. So will a 100w be sufficient to get a few ozs.

Well I just bought a vivo 100w led light for 85$ on the net

So I hope this will work better than my 20w grow light I have now. I'm starting them on..
