two days ago I decided to do defolation on both of them !afte not reading much about it and jumping in I decided to remove most of the fan leafs of both, even through ones not budding like the other,I e had a bit of a ph problem, that's being dealt with!,I just wanna know if I shocked

I would give it a day or two and see how she looks. sometimes they stress more and sometimes they don't as much.

Also this is my first, wasn't told about training, didnt really look anything up until I was flowering!,I will take a pic urs, hope they are going to be 👌🍄👍

I wasn't told about training them to be a certain night, didn't really read up as well, not till I was flowering, will a picture of both of them!. Hope they are going to be ok?.🍄👍

it's all good. read up on training your plants while you flower on this round so the next go round you will be more prepared. heck even if you do nothing to your plants you should still get a few buds.

Like others are saying, try to load some pictures. It is so helpful to others trying to help you. Like I said in your other thread, if your plant is otherwise healthy, they will bounce back from the defoliation. There is a user on the forum that does something he calls chicken boning. Leaves barely any green. Since you are into the flower cycle don't want to strip it bare, but you will be surprised has the plants recover and are usually better than ever after a good defoliation.

Good luck and get us those pics.
