Mid-Flowering Supplements??

OlldDude

New member
What supplements do you like during mid flower stage?
I'm growing in FF Ocean and using the FF trio at 1/2 strength, every other watering. They live in fabric pots, water is always ph'ed.
I'm running a 600w MH/HPS, My humidity is 45-50%, temperature is 70-78, I have a good dehumidifier and I plan on getting the humidity down as local humidity is trending down. In summer, 10-15% is common around here. Plenty of air circulation above and below the canopy. I'm in week 4.

The reason I ask is this is I'm ' supplement curious ' as this is my first grow. Was that PC?

Please chime in!! Peace

in middle flower use high amounts of "P" (example: 3-10-8) a good mid-flower nutrient is Big Bud Then in late flower use high amounts of "K" (early flower also) Looks like things are growing good !!

Hello OlldDude, from another old dude. Sound like (and looks like) you are doing very well. I would respectfully suggest that you look on the GWE website and you will find your answer. I believe that nutes are supposed to be cut back, if not eliminated, during flowering but I may be wrong on that. The 'formula' may be different for the flowering phase. I plan on flipping my own grow in about a week or so, and I'll continue with my nutes (Gen Hydro Flora) while gradually reducing over the flowering phase until eliminated entirely with the final 2 weeks before harvesting (tentatively planning a 8-10 week flowering). I think that your RH is just about right for the flowering phase, but don't let it get any higher, only lower (sounds like you are preparing to do just that). Your temps sound just right. Plants look great, what is/are the strains? Got any full-length photos? How long was your veg time, and how high did the plants get? How long are you planning to flower? My ladies are 9 weeks in veg, about 2 foot tall and I'm wondering if they may be experiencing some 'root binding' in five-gallon smart pots. Thought they would be higher, but I'm grateful for what I have. Anyways, great job and good luck! :D

Thanks for the thumbs up! I'll fill in the blanks. I've been following the GWE website religiously, Nebula's my superhero!! The strains are Candyland, Animal Cookies and Game Changer, and they should finish at 9-10-11weeks respectively. Veg and Training took 50 days. The were about 20 inches at the flip, now about 3 1/2 feet. As far as harvest, I'll let them tell me when they're ready... I'll use 7 gallon pots next time, I can hardly get my finger an inch into the soil, but I guess that's how the smart pots work. I'll get some good pics posted in a couple weeks when they're more impressive.

OlldDude, I use FFOF trio too but mine came with a weekly chart. I continue using Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom through flower. Without looking at chart, I believe they cut out Grow Big during flower or maybe just a touch every now and then. You don't want much, if any, nitrogen during flower. I stop all nutrients about two weeks before harvest and water/flush with PH'd water only.
