Micro grow yields question

Hi I have a microgrow question:

How much weed can one generally expect to get per plant in a 2'x2'x4' tent with a HLG 100Watt LED light using the following soil pots and training techniques:

2 Gallon soil Pot, no training whatsoever
1 soil Gallon no training
2 soil Gallon pot topping

Nobody will answer this because there's too many variables that can impact yields.

Depends on the skill and knowledge of the grower

Just a guess 1 ounce if it's your first try 2 if you've grown before 6 if your an expert 😉
to get a better guess I would need to know a hell of alot more.

First grow in a 4x4 average 2.6 each, 4 plants.

My first 2x4 about 5oz (3-4 autos)
my first 4x4 about 1lb (5-6autos)
that's about how mine went.
Like they said. No one can tell the future. It's about how good you are, lights, environment, genetics play huge role.
Just practice and research.
Use search engine and others help on here.

No idea about yield but two of your choices are no training in a 4’ tent, I can only see bad things from that.

Do these quantities refer to per plant amounts or whole tent?
