Mh or CFL for first days of vegging?

That's really personal preference. I would use the MH personally, but a lot of growers here like to use CFLs for their sprouts. Just keep in mind the CFL will have to be really close or you'll get a lot of stretching, but it's a good choice if you want to save a little electricity.
