Mega Crop Nutes

Cronk

New member
I picked up some of this based on a recomendation here and hoped to discuss using it with that poster but he is now suddenly gone

I wonder if anyone else will be using it and if watering into coco pots by hand, how they will schedule it.

in talking with the company, they recomend using the calculator on their site with no plain water feedings

how is anyone else doing it? Imma start some autos next and wanted to get a better sense about what I'm doing. Using the calculator with the amount of water I feed is definitely less ppm than what my GH nutes call for, which is good as far as I'm concerned.

any additives at late flower? Additional cal mag?

supposed to be all in one but I know folks modify things

Morning Cronk, I got a Mephisto auto that's a week or so old, and I'm gonna try Megacrop on her, don't no nothin yet though. But I'm purty sure your gonna need cal-mag. My young plant ain't quite old enough to start feeding very much yet.

Hey dude.......was it me Cronk.......if so I'm sorry dude:)......I can be an erratic person......I have just started using megacrop on a Tyrone Special that is 6 or 7 days old......I'm doing feed/feed/water dude with cal-mag in every time and I'm using only megacrop + cal-mag....might change in bloom, but I tried to buy some sweet candy and it said no shipping available now......so I'm playing it by ear at the moment dude:)

Real curious to see how this stuff does. I ordered some, have it. Haven’t really started feeding my girls yet but I’ve got too much invested in my current nutes not to run through them.

From what I've read on other forums folks are adding Ca-Mag to be safe, others have seen the need for it. Mega Crop claims thee is no need

I'm a bit unsure how to go about figuring out my strength. I just watered my plants with 1 gallon each ( not using Mega), so if I use that example I just plug that in their calculator and get my strength. I also guess I'd apply this principle to whatever amount I'm feeding them at a given time

This is the chart for a gallon in reservoir. Does the same principle apply to top watering by hand? Some companies have different schedules for different methods, why I'm confused
...And, if I'm feeding my seedlings in a smaller pot about a quart, so I use .25 gallons to do the same?

Dabado guy's plants looked really good and he was only using Mega, he was in full bloom. thick colas

Vapo69, this is from the mega Crop FAQ
"Sweet Candy has high amounts of carbohydrates/sugars, so it can cause fungus/mold/rotting issues if mixed in with the main formula"

Hi dude....I use the site calculator in litres.....and it is 0.53 per litre at the moment.....it seems such a small amount, I had to buy some small scales to measure with, but I'm going to stick with it and see what happens:)........I'm doing drain to waste watering and just use what is on the website

Oh sh-t, that leaves me out, I can barely figure out the easy ones, no way I can figure that out, they need to make it easier for the oldtimers, an dumasses, like me. lol

The thing the chart doesn't show is the column are weeks. That's why it looks complex. You increase the amount based on the week, or stage of growth

Yeah but I got mine opened, trying to figure it out, I got a young one that needs some ,pretty soon, I bet its good as any.

Forget the cups. This is for one gallon of water for one plant I used it as an example. The grams is what you add to the water for a given week or stage

I don't know what the cups is all about. Try yhe link to try yourself
