SOIL Maybe made a mistake "defoliating"

I am fairly new at growing and am afraid i did something stupid.
I defoliated almost all biggest leaves in week one of flower 😬
Did i just ruin my plants?

Doesnt look like you did. Looks good after the cut. Up 2to 3 weeks you can defoilate for areation, molding and opening budsites. Looks good.

I grow in a bubble-ponics set up. It always kinda scares/hurts me but in the end I defoliate the crap out of them. I keep telling myself "buds not leaves"' Good growing to you !!

I agree with everyone they look fine & a job well done so far!

I just enlarged his 2nd pic. Nice plants growing, they're going to really take off. Wondering if he should start training, coaxing the bigger branches outwards? There's a lot of growth going on in there.
