COCO COIR Maximum time to buffer coco?

Hello,

So there was this guide about buffering your coco before use and the guy said to double buffer, each time for 8+ hours. I was wondering if there are any drawbacks if I double buffered for 24+ hours - would that harm the coco in any way physically or chemically?

Buffering Coco is a waste of time in my opinion. if you have bag premixed Coco it doesn't need it if you have brick Coco after hydrating all it needs is to be rinsed with pH water.

Two 24 hours soaks it’s exactly what I do. I wash 250 liters per month, 4 home depot totems worth.

Btw I use natural coco straight from the coco factory so I really need to process before use. But like Canuck said bagged coco is ready to use
