Mars Hydro WT_

I recently decided to go with the Mars Hydro TSW2000. Shopped around and found one on their Ebay store marshydro for $200. Got it quick since their warehouse is close to me in Perth Amboy. What came was nothing like what they show on their website. The wiring harness looked like it was put together with surplus parts. So I returned it and decided to order direct from their website. Got fooled again same wiring harness with 2 splitters splitting the controller and the power cords. I will be returning both and am waiting for sales support to get back to me.

Has anyone had this happen to them and what did you do?

I had to go look at the one I've had a couple years but I think its just like the one you have pictured.

Yep. The one in the video does not have a separate dimmer.

doesnt the arrangement you got, have the ballasts separate from the light? if so you can have them outside to keep their heat out if it ever is necessary. i thought it was an improvement when my TS3000 came that way.
