Greenguy, I looked at the article; I wish they had included some pics. I don't quite get it. I looked up the ActivRAC mobile racking system. I still don't see what the vertical advantage is...

alltatup is right. Only advantage would be if one is growing lettuce or some other veggie that doesn't grow tall.

I'm left wondering, how massive would the lights have to be to make it down to the plants? Do you have plants growing on different levels? If so, how the heck do you light the different levels????
