Manifold question

So I will be following nebulas manifold to lst this grow and I was wondering after u top the plant do u cut away all extra growth right away or do u give it some time to recover from the topping??

Same here, remove lower growth when topping, just like tutorial says.

As a general rule for LST with defoliation, I do the LST training and then wait until the plant turns back up (recovered) any before defoliation.

Following the manifold instructions- I topped the first time, cleand up the stem below node #3-and waited a day or so-to remove the 2 large fan leaves of node #3.

I'm currently @ week #6 and have only bent down the fan leaves under the bud sights.
​​​​​​​The next defoliation will be before the switch, after the plant has reached 1/2 it's desired height.

The girls are extremely thirsty. I waited like a day or two too long to top off and the tanks got dangerously low.. didn't burn out my water pumps thankfully
