Micky, you don't want to let a male plant get that mature in the future, because you'll have pollen everywhere. You want to remove male plants as soon as you see pollen sacs, so look at this article:

Tnx guys. Did remove it from my other plants sometime ago because in the beginning it did not look like a male plant. Will destroy now.
