Male or Female?

These look like buds forming on the tops of my plants but if I look down the stem a little bit i also notice large clusters of balls on plant. This is my first grow and i have stressed plants alot so I'm not sure if it hermed or if those balls are where the buds will form. I also checked on them today and there are more white pistils growing from what I think are the buds on the top

It could very well be a hermi but it still has the signs of being a male to me if you have a female at that stage of pre flower u would have large white hairs instead of clusters of balls if u got any females get that male away from them!! Just my IMO
