Male or female?

Too early to be certain, I think, but that sure looks like a pistil is juuuust starting to emerge.
 
I hope so. Its hard to throw away something you put so much time,effort and love into. How long do pistols usually take to form?
 
Check that spot in a day and hopefully it'll be more obvious than it is now.

I'm only on my first grow but 4/5 of mine started showing just after 5 weeks. I'm on week 8 now and the straggler still doesn't have them. There's a calyx here and there, and they're the right shape (hopefully) but no clear pistils yet.
 
Right on. Im only growing 2 plants and my other one is much smaller maybe stunted but was hoping this one would be my champion. Lol
 
I've always wanted to plant a small male plant in public during the dead of night to see how far it goes before someone notices what it is...
 
Oh, it would be found an purged before ruining anything. I'm talking public, like sidewalk city planter...
