Male or female? And help with spots

First time growing and my plant is about 6 weeks old. I can’t tell yet if it’s male or female. At first I was thinking female but now it’s starting to look male to me?? Also, what are these spots and yellowing? Do I need to just add nutrients to it? I’m using FoxFarm Happy Frog soil and just watering it with plenty of sunlight (it’s outside). I’m thinking I might need to buy the foxfarm liquid nutrient trio. Any help is appreciated! Thank you

None of your pictures are clear enough to Define sex and it may still be too early to tell. From the looks of the last picture you have thrips
