Making a soil mix

I'm making a soil mix for my next grow wanted to know what you think so far.

Ingredients:
Countrymax soil
Earthworm castings
Coffee grounds
Perlite

I would avoid coffee grounds from things I have read.

I used to be a huge coffee drinker for 40years. Now I enjoy green tea instead. I save my used bags and have added green tea leaves into soil during veg. It adds nitrogen and other stuff I believe is beneficial. I think it controls some pests also. I avoid it during flower however

ok I'll see if i have any green tea laying around. what else should I add to my mix if anything?

Bat guano - here is a recipe I have saved in my canna-notes folder.

3 parts organic soil (with no time release fertilizer. I used to like Black gold... the one that is something like 0 - .05 - 0)
1 part perlite
1 part worm castings

1/3 cup guano
1/2 cup greensand
1/2 cup dolomite lime

Do some research out there in the interwebs. I am sure there are many others

You might want to consider adding some kelp powder and powdered oyster shell to boost some of the minerals often lacking in many off the shelf products. Getting the micro organisms to thrive in soil is key to keeping your PH balanced, so adding molasses to your watering schedule will help keep them happy. Good luck to you.
