HELP! Major defoliation. Still need help

Hello fellow growers. I WAs trying to postpone defoliation as I wasnt sure what to cut. since my first plant so far. During veg there were many low stress trainings topping fiming.And so on. But today as Ive inspected the girl I noticed there isnt much time and I have to defoliate. She bushed out super hard. Leaves curling on each other. Down leaves get no light. So I tried some kind of lolipoping and cut leaves and bud sites that dont show potential. Now what is my question. What else can I do.kinda late for more LST since stems matured and they crack on bending. I Didnt want to touch higher half of the plant since I didnt want to mess up something(dont know which leaves if I cut will increase and which decrease yield) also dont want to leave bud site without food. Now what my question really is. Does anyone notices something else I could do to maximise yields. Strain is skunk xl I am feeding nutes regulary and she is just entering flower, white pistils started exploding out of bud sites. So I want to act on time.
​​​She had about 15 weeks of veg and now like week into flower. Any tips are welcome feel free to ask anything. Please dont take anything wrong. Im just optimistic first time grower and dont want to ruin my only plant.

Like dejavu. This is like 3. Time you tell me this. Its harder to show problems on forum than see it in person. Even photos dont look like naked eye when you come close to the plant. But thanks to you and many other individuals who were with me during her life

I don't see any problems - if you can see something wrong take a pic of your problem and be specific about it.
If you want to do more LST, then go for it.
