HELP! main cola???

Whaddya think, Is it okay to cut off the main cola and let the rest of the plant finish growing, or am I gonna f up the whole plant...

Perfectly OK to harvest in stages. I've found that it usually doubles the yield I'd normally get from the lowers if I chopped it early.
