My pipe was like that. Thick and gooey and when mixed with a little tobacco and rolled up was potent as shit. had to soak it (salt and alcohol) longer than usual to get it clean:D
 
Well my story is a little bit different... Pipe is not involved in my conversation but rather a chat on curing my buds. After a 6 or 7 weeks of curing my Kali-47, I would say she will get better as the weeks goes by, just like a very good bottle of Bordeaux non ? Her potency is good.

Better yet maybe it's time to clean my bowl !!
 
Hi, I need to clean a bunch of Chillums (pipe broke). I was wondering the best way - 91% alcohol and salt? I usually just used hot water and soak but it only does so much. How do you clean the black, burnt end? With metal one-hitters I just used a knife and scraped. I used a one-hitter size chillum as a roach/joint holder, it's all amber coated inside with no debris - best way to capture it? (nephew is getting me a g of wax tonight but the little propane tank ran out)
 
Amen to that Farmbuck. I opened a jar today of some Wedding Cake that has been curing since late October. It smelled righteous when I jarred it but the complex bouquet from aged terpenes now is just over the top amazing. I put a little in the hookah over ice tonight for a taste and it is just as good as it smells. Just like you say, a good bottle of wine.
 
That's such good news about Kali all those weeks of worry for now nothing. You really saved the grow Farmbuck. Her leaf may of looked bad to you not the " centerfold" you hoped for..........but what really matters is the end results of bud. The harvest, the cure.........very happy for you :)
 
Damn how I love water pipes crucialbunny nice long necked hooka what great times. Wish my WC could of cured longer but we took care of her quickly but she sure smelled wonderful in the jar. So does my GG#4 and Zkittlez wonderful smoke.
 
Thank you SoOrbudgal dear western friend, if you had the experience with the famous AK-47 and Thai stick then you know what I mean. I had a sample last night and I can tell you she is very "narcotic" and a bit of visual distortion lolll
 
Hey Mary! I use regular ISO and salt. I heat it up for 15-30 seconds in the microwave and then I pour it into a bag and add my bowl. I just swish until clean. For any bits it doesnt clean out, I either just leave it or scrape clean if I can
 
Hi Lily! Thanks for replying, I never heard of adding salt before but it makes sense. I have a glass dish that holds my chillums and metal hitters, I usually just got water very hot in the micro and let them sit. Because of my age my real estate taxes went down, got the bill yesterday. So I bought a bong for smoking weed or dabs, nephew just dropped off a strong gummy and some wax. I was looking in my drawer last night, I have the containers from my last buys of Mag: pre-roll tube, glass jar and box from a vape cart. I wish the folks on here could try Mag, I think it's an awesome strain. How are your girls doing?
 
My bf told me how to clean them, I would have used hit water and soap too. I have all my mag containers, one day there will be some mad seeds in stock. They are doing well, I made a post in the Auto Training? Post of mine :) how are yours?

Lily? Where did you get that? Anyway yes in terms of cleaning pipes, rubbing alcohol and salt mixed. let the pipe or whatever you are cleaning soak overnight in it and it will come out clean as a whistle.
