Hi! First time grower. This plant is 8 weeks old tomorrow and I just noticed these. Is this the sex of my plant? If so, can any experienced growers tell yet from my horrible pics if this is M or F? Please and Thank you. The last pic I don't think is but it's the first thing different that I noticed that made me look closer.

SoOrbudgal Hi! This plant is 8 weeks old and from a bag seed. I started it indoors but over the last couple of weeks it has gone outdoors since the weather has been better. Since being out there though I am noticing pest issues and am thinking about making it indoors. I know I need to decide but it's hard. My lighting until now was just a few lamps I have set up for it with a fan and doesn't compare to the sunlight. From the soil to the top it's about a foot tall, overall probably 15 in and is just now pushing out it's 8th node. I want to top and start LST but have been nervous and unsure of how. I did a lot more research on both today and feel slightly more confident. However, now that it is showing that it could be a female... Did I wait too long? Any advice greatly appreciated. Your advice helped me to relax a bit on my hail damaged plant and after two weeks I'm glad to say she seems back on track :) Albeit much smaller than her one week younger friend

Edit: i meant 18 inches overall

At least I believe it to be a bag seed. My friend gave me two to try and one grew. Without knowing for sure. Are there any ways to tell if it is auto or photo?

Well jellybean outdoors is a big challange for most weed growers. I am fortunate to have access to good water, soil an nutrients along with bug killer. It comes with being prepared my age has made me more aware of what i can do an now can't. I protect my house and give protection to my gardens before something goes wrong i've got materials to keep my house healthy an clean. We can't stop bugs unless we attack them early.
As much as i want you to succeed you much understand what the plant needs or will face growing forward. Healthy soil, healthy plant, lots of direct sun light, support it so it doesn't blow and snap in half.
