LST and Defoliation 1st time IS THIS Ok or Bad?

Itried today the LST and Desfoliation technique for the 1st time.
I would like to know if this is minimally good or very bad?

Hi jonnthelad, your training looks good and you'll see the benefit of increased yield. Well done!

How big is that pot you are growing in? Looks pretty small for your plant to achieve full potential. It also looks like your plant is shaded from the light, but maybe that's just the picture angle?

Looks good. The only thing I would recommend you do now is to top it about 1/4” above node 5. You have nodes 1-4 all LST’d over and the colas from node 5 are over a inch long. Top it there then in a week or so start pulling those two colas down to stay level with the others. Not seeing any snaps, good job👍🏻

yes they are small, im going to use 19 L pots next time
and yes she is a little far away from Lamp, because the others
now i put something under the pot
