Lower leaves problem

i am growing sativa strain in flower stage the 2nd week ... am using cfl light about 400 woatt and mix of soil and coco in 5 gallon pot the lower leaves have some problems i dont know what is that can any one help me with the pictures below what do to ? Or what is my plant suffering

I don't see a problem. Maybe those leaves are suffering a bit from being in the grow medium as well as not getting as much light as before.

Easy solution is chop them off - let your plant expend its energy elsewhere.
