Lots of sugar leaves. Is this normal?

I'm growing 4 Wonder Woman plants in a 4x4x6 tent using the manifold method. They've been growing very well from the beginning. I'm growing in 7 lb fabric pots in coco with coco canna nutrients and a 1200 watt LED. Started 12/12 six weeks ago and have lots of colas forming. I noticed there are tons of sugar leaves in between the developing buds, more than I'm used to seeing in other strains. My question is, is this normal for wonder woman? Will the buds swell and engulf the sugar leaves? Is there something I'm doing wrong to cause all the sugar leaves?

I have never grown this strain. Yes, possibly....plants will throw out tons of leaves if the light is not intense enough or the buds are over crowded. It’s the plants attempt at gaining more energy from less available light.
how many watts does your 1200 par pull from the outlet?
try a bit more space in between each branch. That might help out for next grow.
