Hello. During a heat wave a couple of my plants started showing signs of an infestation on a fee top leaves. But I am hesitant to treat them with anything stronger than alcohol and water. I appreciate any advice you may have about what I should do, if anything. Thank you.

You first gotta find the bug that’s causing those spots. It kinda looks like leafhoppers but not sure. You should inspect carefully everyday
