I'm not worried about my building as much as I'm worried about the concrete liquifying under my floor covering. There's a lot of steel in this building but I can scrape a hole in the concrete with a fingernail. No joke.

I’ve lived In Capitol Region of New York my entire life and have been growing outdoors for most of it. Previously it had been stealth type hidden grows due to several factors. Mainly being legality but also as important was security I’ve literally had old aquatinted following me around trying to locate my spot. And have been robbed more than I’ve ever harvested. Now comes the new era of legalization and since then I’ve grown right in my back yard garden and have never been touched. So idk if the fact that now anybody who desires can grow themselves and don’t need to Rob from others. Or the fact that I’m much older now and basically don’t have friends like that anymore. Kinda funny how that works. Got rid of all my friends and now nobody steals my crops. Hmmm. Anyway sorry to ramble on but to answer your question I agree to look for something mold resistant. Idk where your location however I do have issue with weather cooperation during flower. Last season the rain came for last week of flower and made life difficult and that’s one thing you can’t predict or change is Mother Nature so I try to find an early finishing mold resistant strain. Did purple Thai last year out of 10 that was the only that had almost zero mold issues.
